Companion Animal Care Center offers hydrotherapy services! Hydrotherapy is a modality of care for rehabilitation and conditioning. The underwater treadmill uses the natural properties of water (buoyancy, resistance, heat on a treadmill) to create a low impact workout that increases muscle strength endurance, and 50-60% faster recovery time from surgery.

The treadmill can also be utilized for conditioning for the canine athlete, arthritis management, or for weight loss management. The water is recycled through filters into a heated storage tank where the water is treated.
