Lela Chaffin

Lela has been part of the Companion Animal Care Center’s Practice team since the beginning in February of 2000. She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Secretarial Science/Business from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS and has over 30 years of business office experience. Being able to mix her interest in business with her love of pets has been a blessing to Lela. Lela enjoys music, singing, playing piano and alto saxophone, and is the Worship Leader at her local church. Having grown up on the farm in South Dakota, Lela enjoys the outdoors walking and hiking with her husband, Dr. Chaffin and English Springer Spaniels, Rex, and Tami (Tamarack). Her other interests include cooking, baking, and crafting. In addition to Rex and Tami, the Chaffins also share their home with their two cats, Mo and Gemi.
